Step 1 - Contact Us
Once you’ve read through the brochure, give us a call on 01603 433603.
During this first step we will discuss your home, what kind of stairlift would most be suited to the staircase, we will answer any question you may have, and when you’re ready we will arrange a time that is best suited for our expert stairlift engineers to come round and carry out the survey.
Step 2 - Survey
The second step involves an engineer of ours coming round to your house to assess your staircase.
This step allows them to come up with the perfect solution for you, and observe of any unique traits or obstructions that your staircase may have so that we can tailor your stairlift to you. Once we have found the best solution for you and your home, we can provide a quotation on-site.
Step 3 - Installation
Our expert engineer will install the stairlift then offer a full product demonstration so you know exactly how to use your new stairlift and will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Once your stairlift has been fitted, we’ll take time to clean up after we’re done, ensure your hallway, staircase, and surrounding areas are immaculate.
Step 4 - Aftercare
We ensure our customers can feel comfortable in their homes, without the worry of future breakdown and repair or extra servicing costs, within the comprehensive warranty of a new or reconditioned stairlift we include call outs, repairs and servicing.

Things to consider
A variety of stairlifts are available including that for narrow staircases and others that which may require a folding or hinged rail due to situations where it could otherwise be an obstruction, for instance, if it was a doorway or walkway at the bottom.
We will then be able to factor all of this into consideration when providing you with a selection of options to choose from. We will then provide you with the relevant brochures and no pressure quotation leaving you then armed with all the knowledge to decide how you would like to proceed.
