- Once you have made the step of deciding which stair lift you would like, one of our fully trained and experienced engineers will come to carry out the installation ensuring it is done to the best of standards.
- They will attend a pre-arranged appointment on a day and time slot which suits your schedule best. Installation generally doesn’t take that long and usually only takes between 2-4 hours. In the majority of case’s your stairlift will be plugged into a standard plug socket reducing the need for further costs and disruption, the track will also be screwed to the staircase allowing a secure fixing without damage to your walls. The stairlifts we provide are smooth, quiet and simple to use.
- On completion of the installation, our engineer will take the time to demonstrate how to use making sure you are happy and confident with the basic controls ensuring you are fully satisfied before we leave.
